## Who We Are
## 組織定位

The Global ESG Leadership Organization (ESGIN) is an international, implementation-oriented sustainability organization registered in the United Kingdom, headquartered in **Seattle, USA**. Operating across more than **60 countries and territories**, ESGIN functions as a global multi-stakeholder platform connecting business leaders, sustainability practitioners, policymakers, financial institutions, academia, youth leaders, women leaders, and civil society actors to accelerate the implementation of the **2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development**.

全球永續領導組織（ESGIN），即世界永續領袖峰會，是一個在英國正式註冊、總部設於**美國西雅圖**的國際性、以實踐為導向的永續發展組織，業務遍及逾 **60 個國家與地區**。ESGIN 作為全球多利益相關方平台，連結商業領袖、永續發展實踐者、政策制定者、金融機構、學術界、青年領袖、女性領袖與公民社會，共同加速推動 **2030 永續發展議程**的落地實踐。

Distinct from organizations focused primarily on policy advocacy or awareness-building, ESGIN emphasizes measurable implementation and institutional capacity-building. The organization develops practical pathways that help enterprises, institutions, and communities operationalize sustainability commitments through implementation-oriented collaboration, practitioner-informed learning, governance frameworks, leadership programmes, sustainability education, and ecosystem partnerships.

有別於以政策倡議或意識建構為主的組織，ESGIN 著重可衡量的落地實踐與機構能力建設。組織透過以實踐為導向的協作、從業者知識學習、治理框架、領導力計劃、永續教育與生態系統夥伴關係，為企業、機構與社區提供將永續承諾轉化為行動的切實路徑。

As a participating organization of the **UN Global Compact** (since May 2025) and a signatory to the **UN-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI)** (since 2024), ESGIN promotes responsible business conduct, ethical governance, sustainability integration, institutional accountability, anti-greenwashing principles, and long-term societal value creation.

FIH begins from a gap: the opportunities created by AI are expanding faster than the speed at which people can gain access to them — particularly micro-entrepreneurs and local innovators who are excluded from capital, mentorship, and digital tools. FIH establishes a physical, on-the-ground space in every city where it operates, turning ESGIN's global initiatives into city-level action through micro-entrepreneurship incubation, AI capability building, SDG-aligned innovation, and Opportunity Day capital connections.
